Madinatul Ilm School respects the privacy of our families. This page explains what information we collect at registration and how we use and protect it.

What we collect

Through our registration form we collect: the parent/guardian's name, address, phone number, and email; each student's name and date of birth; the Alberta Health Card number; any allergies or medical conditions; and the last grade level completed. The form is collected via Google Forms.

How we use it

We use this information to manage registration, place students into classes, communicate with you, and keep students safe in a medical emergency. We do not sell your information or share it with outside parties for marketing.

How we protect it

Access to registration information is limited to school administration. Alberta Health Card numbers and medical details are kept solely for emergency contact and medical authorization.

Retention & access

We keep registration information for as long as a student is enrolled. You may request to see, correct, or delete your information by contacting us.
