How Registration Works

Fill out the registration form
One form registers up to 6 students from the same family, and includes the liability acknowledgement.

Send the registration fee
E-transfer CA$300 per student to [email protected] — please include your students’ names in the transfer message.

Welcome to Madinatul Ilm
We meet every Saturday, 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM, at 3750 46 Ave SE #109, Calgary, AB T2B 0L1.
What You’ll Need
- Parent/guardian address, phone number, and email (plus WhatsApp if you have it)
- An alternative contact (optional)
- Each student’s name and date of birth
- Each student’s Alberta Health Card number (kept securely, for emergency medical authorization only)
- Any allergies or medical conditions
- The last level your child completed at the school (for returning students)
